Michael L. McCants, B.A. in Religious Studies (Beulah Heights University), M.Div. (Candidate), Ordained Nazarene Elder

He is the founding pastor of Impact Church of the Nazarene in Florence and Columbia, South Carolina, and the President and Founder of MLMcCants Enterprise LLC, where he serves as a ministry strategist, revivalist, conference and seminar speaker, and worship leader.

Pastor McCants is the visionary behind The School of Biblical Insight, a leadership development school for ministry that equips emerging and established leaders with practical, biblical tools to lead effectively in today’s church and community. In 2025, he founded The Impact Network (T.I.N.), a collective of Impact churches committed to leading revivals and planting churches that transform communities.

Pastor McCants, a gifted preacher and teacher, ministers to multi-generational and multi-ethnic audiences with a message that is relevant, practical, and spiritually powerful. Through his ministry, he inspires people of all ages and backgrounds to embrace God’s call, demonstrating a reach that is both undeniable and transformative.

Among his many gifts, Pastor McCants is a recording artist, worship leader, songwriter, arranger, and choir director, with his debut E.P., “The Vows, and Unlimited Love ” available on all digital music platforms and signed to EMG Records. He has authored and co-authored multiple resources, including “A Warrior’s Manual” and “Prayer Intensive,” all available via Amazon, Kindle, and his website: MLMcCants.com.

Certified in Media Communications (Full Sail University), Church Planting & Growth (DCPI), and Expository Preaching (Beulah Heights University), Pastor McCants is also a leader in the Exponential Emerging Leaders Community. He continues to pursue his Master of Divinity (M.Div.), driven by a passion to know Christ intimately, equip leaders, ignite revival, and transform communities, seeking to hear the Lord say, “Well done, thy good and faithful servant.”

The School of Biblical Insight

is a leadership development school for ministry founded by Michael L. McCants. Its mission is to equip pastors, church leaders, and emerging ministry professionals with the practical ministry skills, biblical knowledge, and spiritual formation needed to lead effectively in today’s church and community. The school emphasizes Faith, Holiness, Leadership, Prayer, Calling, and Church Strategies, providing both theological depth and hands-on ministry training.

Through a combination of seminars, workshops, intensive courses, and mentorship, students are trained to lead multigenerational and multiethnic congregations, plant new churches, and launch revival movements. The curriculum addresses the realities of modern ministry, including leadership development, community engagement, discipleship strategies, and organizational growth.

The School of Biblical Insight also serves as a hub for networking and collaboration, connecting church leaders and planters across local, national, and international contexts—including Africa, Brazil, and beyond—so they can share resources, support one another, and implement best practices in church planting and revival initiatives.

At its core, the school reflects Pastor McCants’ philosophy that ministry leadership is both spiritually grounded and strategically applied, equipping leaders to make an undeniable impact in their churches, communities, and the world.
